Harper-elder is an entrepreneur, nationally-recognized philantropist,
international trainer, global events planner, and expert golfer.
The recipient of countless awards for her liftime achievements
in the field of sports, development, and business, she has
established herself as a golf advisor to U.S. presidents,
royalty, celebrities, ambassadors, and Fortune 500 CEOs.
Her legendary
contributions to Golf include the founding of the PGA Tour
Wives Association, the Golf Digest Minority Golf Summit, and
the reformatting of the PGA player credentials. She has provided
management support to schools, foundations, corporations,
and major sporting events in the U.S. and abroad. President
of her own sports management agency, she coordinated and implemented
a broad range of projects in the public and privated sectors.
She managed a professional 18-hole golf complex through the
U.S. Department of the Interior. Harper-elder has served on
the Board of Directors for the Crosby Golf Tournament. Her
course on Business of the Olympics is now taught at George
